Partnered with the People Operations team at this mid-sized advertising technology agency to create and launch the adMarketplace Mentoring Program (AMP) to foster an environment of success and reinforce company culture by equipping team members with actionable tools, frameworks, and strategies.
Worked with 100 different employees face-to-face over two years to help them improve their communication skills, advocate for themselves, and navigate often-challenging workplace dynamics in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Drove measurable leadership development, with 90% of participants meeting or exceeding expectations in their performance reviews and many participants promoted during the program.
Boosted participant confidence and ability to communicate more effectively, with survey data showing a 20%+ increase in key areas such as leading meetings and speaking up in professional settings.
