Scope of Work

Contracted short-term to support the young employees on a luxury goods PR team during a period of growth, while Senior Leadership was short staffed. A high-priority task was to work with two particular high-potential employees who were struggling to interact with their clients in a strong, confident and professional manner.

After weeks of one-on-one coaching, role-paying, and discussing these individuals’ specific goals and roadblocks, they started to improve their client relationships and become stronger account leaders overall, ultimately resulting in oversight of additional clients, increased levels of work and promotions.
